This bursary programme also invites you those who have capabilities in these following critical skills, such: (1) BSc: community water services and sanitation, BSc water resource management or any other water and sanitation related qualification; (2) civil engineering; (3) town and regional planning; (4) accounting /financial management; (5) internal auditing; (6) environmental management; (7) environmental health management; (8) geographic information system; and (9) information communication technology / BSc computer science.

Based on those following critical skills, as you joined Alfred District Bursary, you can receive a fund from Alfred Nzo District Municipality. Before you register yourself as one of the candidates, you have to meet the qualification, such: (1) student who are residing within Alfred Nzo area of juridiction; (2) your age is between 16-35 years old; (3) student who are financially needy and academic deserving; and (4) Students who are intending to study at a recognised South African tertiary institution for the aforementioned fields.

To be a candidate of Alfred District Bursary, you should submit the following documents and also fill the application form. These are the following documents required for this programme, such: (1) Motivation letter; (2) Grade 12 certificate or latest results for current grade 12 leaners; (3) Proof of enrolment or acceptance letter from recognised tertiary institution; (4) Certified copy of ID; (5) Proof of residence from Ward Councillor; and (6) Parents proof of income/death certificate(s) affidavit in cases where the student does not have one or both parents.
